Is there anything weighing on you and you would like to exchange with some like-minded people?

Or maybe gain a different perspective?

Or just spend an day with activities out in Nature?

Bring your topic along.

We will have a couple of stops for empathic and compassionate listening, meditation, excercises and practices

To top it off towards the end you are invited to go on a mission.

All this might open up a different perspective.

And insights might happen naturally.

What to bring?

  • A smile
  • Sporty outfit adjusted to weather conditions (umbrella and / or rain coat if weather is unstable)
  • Hiking boots or shoes with good traction for longer distances
  • Backpack
  • An iso mat to sit on. Important!!!
  • Food and drink for the duration of the event
