What we will do and what will happen<\/span><\/h2>\n

What we all are most yearning for is to feel connected in a safe Space of Trust and Belonging. That space comes into existence when we are honest, open, vulnerable, turn our insides out and are met with an open heart without anybody elevating themselves above us.<\/span><\/p>\n

This creates a fertile ground for honesty, openness and vulnerability where we don\u2019t have to hide anything and therefore withdraw the energy from what is not true within us.<\/span><\/p>\n

If we meet each other with appreciation and can be the way we are something changes by itself. If we feel and convey to each other that it has a good reason that we are the way we are miracles happen. <\/span><\/p>\n

What seemed to be rigid, inflexible and unchangeable changes almost by itself because it isn\u2019t fought anymore and is allowed to be.<\/span><\/p>\n

Something new opens up when they are invited, welcome, seen, heard, held acknowledged and accompanied by others and met with the specific words they were yearning for during such a long time.<\/span><\/p>\n

The “Heart-centered Trauma-sensitive Nature Retreats”<\/strong> are a Transformational Space where we enter a world most of us might not be familiar with. We will have long walks out in Nature at the most beautiful spots on our planet. At the same time the invitation is to show interest and curiosity about the other participants’ struggles and challenges without wanting to fix, heal and repair.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We can find out and check our assumptions about ourselves, others and the world toward us. We can speak about a life\u2019s topic and tell the story self-responsibly with focus on our emotions and how we feel about it. The group will be curious and interested in inquiring in order to get the whole picture and explore the core of our being. And again without trying to fix, repair or heal. No solutions, advice or comments unless the person in focus wishes so. An unique opportunity to reconnect with our own Inner Wisdom <\/strong>because we don’t get the message that there is something wrong with us and that we can’t do it on our own.<\/span><\/p>\n

What we believe ourselves to be is a mental construct. An illusion. A thought-based identity. I hides behind believes, emotions, projections, coping mechanisms and survival strategies because we are not aware of all that or because we keep all of it secret and hidden. Therefore we don’t have the opportunity to find out that most of it is not true. When we have the courage to disclose what we have been hiding for all our lives a new door opens. Especially if it feels live-threatening and like as if we were being annihilated. Then the illusion loses its grip.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Language of Connection<\/strong> explores what\u2019s here and invites, welcomes and acknowledges everything that is hidden and unconscious and meets everything with Curiosity<\/strong>, Humility<\/strong> and Compassion<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transformation happens when we disclose and share what we usually want to keep secret and hide. When we feel seen, heard and held and our feelings and pain are acknowledged and validated a Shift<\/strong> happens. And we have the opportunity to find out that most of our beliefs and projections are not true which opens a new door.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We will stay on the same beautiful camping site all the time in a foresty area under trees which we will most probably have completely on our own. We will leave our stuff at the camping site or in the cars.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Food<\/h2>\n

    Food is not included in the event fee. So please make sure that you have your food prepared for breakfast and lunch every day. And maybe bring it along for the fist day to make sure that it won\u2019t cause you any distress. Especially at lunchtime we will be out in nature where it might not be possible to get any food. We will stop at a supermarket every morning to buy the necessary provisions and there is a small convenience store about 100 metres from the camping site. For dinner we usually go to a restaurant but everybody is free to decide if that is convenient. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Transport<\/h2>\n

    I offer seats in my bus from different points in Germany and along the route. Please get in touch for price and pick up information. The nearest airport is Genova. Nevertheless you will need a seat in a car to get to the starting locations every morning. I can assist you with arranging car pools in order to rent a car together with other participants or to join somebody else\u2019s car.<\/span><\/p>\n
