This is the first one in this new series of events called “TALK WALK” where we will gather on a meadow out in NATURE, sit in a circle and interactively dive into the event topic.<\/p>\n

This event’s topic will be:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Is everything ok with Humanity? Or is there something going wrong? Wars, Pandemics, New Normality?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Are we profoundly connected to ourselves and each other or rather alienated?<\/p>\n

Do we really inhabit our bodies or do we rather believe that we can solve everything intellectually?<\/p>\n

Do we feel relaxed, safe and at ease or rather tense, under pressure, anxious, restless and driven with this weird feeling that just doesn’t go away regardless of what we do?<\/p>\n

Do we perceive and follow our inner calling or rather a calling that comes from somewhere else?<\/p>\n

After dedicating some time to the topic we will spend the rest of the event walking in the forest.<\/p>\n

Event focus:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The main focus of my events is on creating a space where our minds and nervous systems can calm down. A space of connection where we can experience a sense of belonging. Only then can our true nature show itself. And only then can we connect to our own inner guidance like intuition, gut feeling, inspiration and heart wisdom. The mind believes but the heart knows. Degree and intensity of the activities will vary depending on the event.<\/p>\n
